Error: Import failed for .twx files

Hi,

I recently update my license file for my TW Foundation environment, now when I am trying to import some .twx files I receive the following errors in the application log:

2017-10-18 09:38:33.952 ERROR Internal error: java.lang.Exception: Import Failed: License is not available for Product: THINGWORX_FOUNDATION Feature: twx_mashup_builder Administrator

Hi Oscar

Could you clarify which version of ThingWorx you are using ?

If using ThingWorx 8.1, you may have to add an activation id for product "ThingWorx - Base Fee" to your device id in the license tool.
