Error while creating new entity in Thingworx composer

I have recently installed Thingworx on my local machine, I am getting error when I am creating any new entity and saving it.

Error on Thingworx Composer  :

Error in Application Logs : 

[L: ERROR] [O: c.t.s.a.AuthenticationFilter] [I: ] [U: ???] [S: ] [P: ] [T: http-nio-8080-exec-8] org/apache/tomcat/util/http/Parameters$FailReason

 

Error in Error Logs : 

[L: ERROR] [O: E.c.q.l.c.Logger] [I: ] [U: ???] [S: ] [P: ] [T: http-nio-8080-exec-9] org/apache/tomcat/util/http/Parameters$FailReason

 

Thingworx Details are as under : 

Version : ThingWorx 8.5.14-b854

 

Kindly, help me troubleshoot this error. Attaching screenshot of composer error for reference.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have used Thingworx Installer. I tried restarting my tomcat and now I am not facing this issue.

Hello Siddharth,

 

This looks like some issue with your Tomcat installation. Did you use ThingWorx Installer or just dropped the WAR file into your Tomcat webapps folder? If you did the latter, I would suggest doing a fresh Tomcat install using an official Tomcat installer version 8.5.66 or 9.0.46, then retry. If you used ThingWorx Installer, then I can't help much, except for recommending to use a more recent ThingWorx version.
