Hello,
I have some errors when I open any mashup design in my Thingworx, I can't see this window and application.log show this:
**** Unable to fetch license file with device id e806cab0-2631-4cfa-9d0f-c7245b2ac6aa
**** Could not send response message. APIRequestMessage [requestId: 1545434, endpointId: -1, sessionId: -1, method: POST, entityName: SPARX_449223_THINGWORX_RemoteThing_8bf91c0e-2df8-4d23-a51a-7361539dafff, characteristic: Services, target: NotifyPropertyUpdate]
Someone knows about this error and could help me?
Thank you in advance

Hi @ljam.
I dug up your case and from what I could tell, it appears that the Device ID was incorrect in the original license file. if you updated your platform-settings.json to use a connected scenario, that could have resolved the issue. The system was handling the license update at that point and would have used the correct Device ID.
I'm glad your issue is resolved. We appreciate your participation in the community.
Regards.

It is telling you it can't verify your Thingworx license properly.
Either make sure you enter the correct info so it can verify online.
Or check the offline licensing mode.
Hi @ljam.
Is this a new ThingWorx installation? It sounds like Composer may be running in limited mode.
What was your procedure for generating the license? If you are generating the license manually, are you renaming it to license_capability_response.bin and placing it in \ThingworxPlatform? Also, are you removing all other *.bin files from that location? If not, it may be trying to load the wrong license file.
Please provide further details around your situation so we can assist further.
Regards.
Hello,
I think is a problem with license because my license expire 20 April 2019 and in the application log shows one warning with another expires attribute:
Hi @ljam.
Please check to see if you can display the licensing information in composer. To do so, select Monitoring > Subsystems > Licensing Subsystem Settings. Is any information displayed? If so, has twx_mashup_builder expired? If you are unable to see any features, you are running in limited mode due to license expiration.
Hi @slangley
Yes, I can see my licensing information in composer, I attach one image of this.
Thank you

Hi @ljam.
Can you check the time on the server hosting ThingWorx Platform? This could be the result of the time being out of sync which could render the license invalid. What time zone is your server set to?
Does this issue occur consistently across browsers/users?
Regards.

Hi @slangley ,
I think the problem was the license couldn't synchronize. PTC open a case and suddenly one day the name of .bin file changed to succesful and the error was solved.
Thank you for your help
