Hi @leokeinsfeld.
From working the case, we found that 2 instances of ThingWorx were installed. The platform-settings.json file had been updated for the instance that wasn't working. Once the correct one was updated and Tomcat was restarted, extensions imported successfully.
On a side note, installing multiple versions of ThingWorx on the same server/VM is not a supported configuration. Therefore, the instance that was not working was removed.

Hi @leokeinsfeld.
Did you restart ThingWorx after updating platform-settings.json? What extension/version are you trying to import?
Regards.
--Sharon
Hi @leokeinsfeld.
Was this downloaded from the Marketplace? If so, you might want to try the upgraded 3.0.3 version.
Note that a number of feature improvements are being made to charts in the ThingWorx 9.0 release targeted for late June/early July.
Regards.

Hi @slangley
Yes, it was downloaded from marketplace.
I have tried the version 3.0.3 and happens the same error.
Hi @leokeinsfeld.
Which patch level of 8.5 are you on? If you're still on 8.5.0, it's highly recommended that you upgrade due to the number of fixes/improvements available.
Did you validate the extension prior to doing an import? If so, did this succeed or fail? Have you tested with a different extension?
If the issue consistently fails, we recommend opening a case for one of our Tech Support engineers to review your system. I will be happy to open one on your behalf if you decide to go that route.
Regards.

Hi @slangley
How do I to find the patch level?
I tried to validate the extesion before to importe and it did not work.
I already tried to import other extension and happened the same problem.
Hi @leokeinsfeld.
To find the patch level in Composer, select Help > About in the upper right corner of the window. The patch level can also be found in the ApplicationLog.log following a restart.
Are all extension imports consistently failing? If so, we may need to open a case. Please let me know if you would like to go this route and I will be happy to open a case on your behalf.

What account are your logging in with? If you're not using the Administrator account, please try with that one. If you still have an issue, please let me know if I can open a case for this issue on your behalf. I think we need to take a look at your system.
