It really depends on what you want to use it for.

It is possible for you to add icons (with links) in a grid.

But this might not be exactly what you wanted.

The grid has ways to add, update and delete, but it does not look like in your image.

If you want it to look/work as you show in your image you would have to build your own grid widget.

Although this has quite a steep learning curve, so it wouldn't be my first suggestion. Instead it might be better to just work with what already exists.

You could also add an idea on the ideas board for this to be implemented.

Based on your image, you try using a collection widget instead of a Grid. 

Just enable Table view in collection widget property

Can you explain your intent?  Are you looking to add the functionality behind each of the buttons or are you asking how to add the buttons?
