How to add a button into ThingWorx Industrial Connection and callback into BrowseItems

Env: Windows +  Visual Studio + Edge SDK DotNET 5.8.5 + ThingWorx 9.3

Want to add a button into ThingWorx Industrial Connection (refer to attached picture), when clicking this button, Thingworx callbacks into my customizaiton code BrowseItems().

Hi @ZHH.

You can submit this as a product enhancement request on the ThingWorx Ideas forum, but we're curious as to why you would want to display 1000 tags at one time.  The filter might work better for your needs.

Hi Sharon,

Thanks for your comments, already raised an enhancement, noted that enhancement cannot be done in one day so ask here if any idea for this case.

If there are many tags in a device, when clicking the device name in the left panel of  Discover, TWX would no response. Filter did not work at this time.

So add a button into Discover, when clicking the button then display next 1000 tags, not required to load all tags in one time.

Want to know when click the button how to callback from Discover webpage into Edge DotNET code.

Hi @ZHH.

Thanks for the additional information.  It sounds like you will need to write your own Discover-like extension to meet your needs.  And if you haven't already done so, I recommend posting your request on the ThingWorx Ideas forum as previously mentioned.  Doing so will allow others to vote for the idea which will have an impact on whether the idea is approved for a future release.
