I am currently using the Thing Worx Cloud version and need guidance on how to migrate or switch to the on-premises version. Could you please provide:
1. The necessary steps or documentation for this migration?
2. Any prerequisites or system requirements for the on-premises setup?
3. Information on licensing or additional configurations needed during this process?

Hi @SD_10134497
If you are actually considering migration from PTC hosted to on-premise, this will require contractual changes, and you will need to work with the Sales team.
Please be advised, however, that if you simply need an on-premise instance for testing and development, your contract already allows for this. You can then use Solution Central for migration of projects to the hosted production instance.
For setting up an on-premise instance, refer to the Help Centers for the relevant version for validating System Requirements and Installation Instructions.
If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Regards.
