Hi @NERaj.

Glad to hear that importing the latest version of the mail server widget resolved your issue.  I assume that was Mail Extension 3.6.0.

Hi,

Please help with more details:

1. which service you are using to send email?

2. emails without attachments are working?

3. are you trying to send image as attachment?

4. Set Application log level to DEBUG and send message again, upload Application.log here for analysis.

Thank you,

Raluca Edu

Hi,

1. Please access Application.log directly on the server and attach it here.

2. Please attach a screenshot on the parameters of the service (to see path, name of file ...)

3. Mime type for the service for pdf should be "application/pdf"

Thanks,

Raluca Edu

Hi,

Application.log level is set to WARN, no error can be seen.

Please check ScriptLogError.log.

Thank you,

Raluca Edu

Hello @NERaj ,

It could be your mail server which blocks large attachments. I would try to configure a "normal" email client like Outlook and try sending a large file using it.

Hi @NERaj.

Have you tested if it's possible to send a very small attachment or are all emails with attachments failing?

Regards.
