How we can get the users mail from the windows login in thingworx
Are you using Active Directory ? You can map the email field from AD server to local for the users.

Active directory already have the user's mail but i need to link the mail to the thingworx.
here we are using windchill authentication for thingworx login which will take only the username not the all the user profile.

Not sure with Windchill authedication. Usually this feature comes with "Claims".
