Hello,
I am running Thingworx Composer and Thingworx Analytics Server (for 8.2) on two seperate Docker Containers on the same VM. Both are installed correctly according to the verification process.
Unfortunatly, if I am trying to install and configure the Thingworx Analytics Extensions, I am not able to enter the FormLogin for configuring the Analytics Builder due to incorrect credentials ( "Credentials do not match a valid username-password combination for this Organization. Try again."). I followed the Installation guide on the following page: https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_analytics_7/index.html#page/thingworx_analytics_7%2Fanalytics-install-comm-settings.html%23
The error has been reproduced by my collegue on a different Installation.
What could be the reason for this issue?
Best regards,
Cedrik Laue

Cedrik,
Thank you for posting your question.
Regarding the Helpcenter link you provided, that is for ThingWorx Analytics 7.4. The password and deployment methods have changed from 7.4 to 8.2.
You indicated that you were using ThingWorx Analytics 8.2; please refer to the 8.2 Builder deployment Guide which can be found here: http://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_analytics_8/#page/thingworx_analytics_8%2Fanalytics-install-config-builder.html%23
Please let me know if this resolves your issue, and if it does if you could please mark this response as the solution.
