Any ideas what can be wrong?

Have you taken a look at this document?
https://community.thingworx.com/docs/DOC-3335
1. Are you able to ping the postgresql server from your THingworx server?
2. When you go to pg admin, is the database connected? If it's a windows server, in pg admin right click on your db to see whether it's connected.
3. When you expand the database, can you see how many tables are in the space? Should be around 48-53.
Have you verified that your permissions on the ThingworxPostgresqlStorage folder are sufficient?

Hi Polina
Thank you for your comment.
I found that the password(setting.josn) was wrong.
Glad it was resolved. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
