Is it possible to change languages of UI in ThingWorx at runtime without using Runtime preview.

I have a use-case where in users want an option to change languages at runtime but not using the Runtime overview OOTB option of ThingWorx. Has anyone implemented or worked on similar use-cases.

In the user's detailed page, go to "General Information" tab, user can change the "Language" for the user's preference locale .
