You want to change whole layouts/widgets depending on the resolution size? If that is the case, this is not currently possible. However, many of the widgets are "responsive," so they will resize depending on the resolution.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I wanted to know if say tabs within a mashup that would be displayed on a desktop could be converted to a dropdown when the resolution size was of an phone, etc.
