From the PTC Software Download page I can only see ThingWorx 9.3-9.5, but not any other versions like 9.6-9.7. Why is that?

I opened a support ticket and after lots of back and forth the partner manager seems to have helped with getting the versions added to the list and I confirmed that today.

It sounds like you may be choosing the wrong option. Are you choosing the Order or Download Software Updates option?
If you choose Download Software by Sales Order Number (SON), it will only show the versions available when the contract was signed.

I'm choosing Order or Download Software Updates then selecting THINGWORX FOUNDATION and I only see 9.3-9.5. I never the one by SON because I never know where to find a valid SON. As a platinum partner who resells and installs the software I would have thought I could just download it. Maybe there is an SON somewhere but I have no idea where to look.

This sounds like a systems issue. Is anyone else at your company experiencing the same issue? I'll need to engage with another team to look into it and it would be good to know if it's only affecting you or others at your company..
