There is missing "content" property,

so it's not possible to send some DELETE requests, eg here: 

https://developer.spotify.com/console/delete-playlist-tracks/

Is there some other way to send request body by DELETE method?

Doesn't seem like we have a contentloader delete function that supports a json query. Perhaps you could go the custom extensibility route or  submit here for an enhancement request https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Ideas/idb-p/thingworxideas
