No connected Thing in MQTT Thing

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to use the MQTT in ThingWorx Foundation 9.1.0, but I haven't had any sucessfull. I might import the MQTT extension, the problem is the connection with the broker, I can't get it.

Could you help me?

Please refer following article & help center guide to understand how to use the ThingWorx MQTT Extension.

Let me know if you are still unable to establish a connection with the broker.

Good morning,

I've followed the help and the article, but I don't get to connect ThingWorx to the MQTT Broker, since the connection indicator in the Thing is red , although I have configured all the needed parameters for MQTT.

What is the error you are getting in application logs?

Please confirm the MQTT broker you are using.
