Not able to connect Thingworx with kepserverEX

Hello ,

I am trying to connect thingworx with KepserverEX but getting following error 

 Error ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform = localhost:443/Thingworx/WS, error = could not initialize a secure socket connection.

Any help would be appreciated !!
