OPC UA Endpoint - can't create remote tag properties

Hi,

I'm trying to use the ThingWorx OPC UA service but running into some problems. I can create an OPCUAEndpoint thing and connect the OPC UA server to ThingWorx, and in Composer I can see the OPC tags as remote properties under "Manage Bindings", but when I try to save the endpoint thing after adding a remote property I get the following error message in Composer:

"save failed, status: Internal Server Error message: JSONObject["baseType"] not found."

Any ideas why I can't save the remote properties?

Greg, is it for all property basetypes or specific ones?

Isn't this the error that appears when there are ghost entities?

Is there a remedy for this issue?  I have the same problem.

Would a Thingworx or Tomcat restart work?

I did try restarting Thingworx (7.1) from the Tomcat Manager App in browser.  I think that worked. 

My problem had something to do with a service I wrote for adding a selected list of tags.  I'm not for sure which part of it yet.

So a restart of Thingworx/Tomcat may do the trick to get rid of ghost entities.
