Hi,
As per the below
Are there any ready made connectors available to take data from OSISoft PI to Thingworx?
Thanks,
Bala
You can already use the OSI PI JDBC driver to connect using Thingworx
Thanks for the information.
In Marketplace, I could see "JDBC Connector Extension" connector.
Can we use ThingWorx Integration Runtime connector to connect using REST Protocol in OSI PI?
Thanks,
Bala
Hi Pai,
I have installed the JDBC driver in Thingworx and have verified my jdbc connectivity outside of ThingWorx via GetSnap from the same server. When I test a query service though I am receiving back Cannot get a connection, pool error Unable to validate object. Any thoughts, on what I may have misconfigured?
Thanks,
Keri
Can you post your full configuration of the database Thing?
If the application log doesn't say an authentication problem, then it could be the Validation Statement
That Validation statement has to be a valid osi pi statement
besides that it might be firewalls?
It was the validation statement, wasn't even thinking that it would be different than the standard Select GetDate().
Thanks for the assist!
Keri
