Path to delete license trust in Thingworx 9.4

Hello ,

I am looking for the location where i can locate the license trust of thingworx .I am able to delete the folder ptc_p but as i can remember there were other files that need to be removed.

Any help would be appreciated

These files can be located at one of the following paths:

%systemroot%\System32\config\systemprofile

%systemroot%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService

%systemroot%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkServiceC:\Users\<username>

C:\Users\<username>

Pls let me know if you are still not able to find the files.

Hello @AM_10639709 

A typical path is C:\Windows\System32. 

However you can check by typing:Type “echo %SYSTEMROOT%" at the command prompt and press “Enter.” The result of this search is the root folder for Microsoft Windows.
