Hi @AJ_11007643
Per the details of the case that was opened, the cause of the issue was due to the maxRows parameter in the service being capped to 500. Once this was removed, the results were as expected.

Hello @AJ_11007643
Is your Thingworx version 7.1? This seems like a bit older and unsupported. Anyways , can you please provide more details about service you are using to fetch the data on the screen. I assume there is limit set to no of records you are trying to fetch and display.
You can share the service code to look into it. Please share some screenshots if possible
Thanks
