Problem in loading time-series data in both time-series and time-series advanced charts

Stored REST API endpoint url data into Stream and trying to bind data to time-series charts. Data is loading sometimes, but most of the time getting NaN on Y-Axis fields of the charts. I am using Number as datatype.

Please let me know solution for the issue.

Could you please confirm if you are using custom chart Extension or Time-series charts inside ThingWorx.

Having problem in loading data into charts, both time-series charts available in Thingwox Marketplace.

Tried with data-types as Number and Integer. But, still getting NaN error.
