QueryAlertHistory returns only records in 10 days

I found QueryAlertHistory can return only records in 10 days. That means records out of 10 days lost or can not be queried out. Does anyone know what is the reason and how to fix this issue?

Hi,

QueryAlertHistory is giving more data than 10 days, I have tested it by giving as input start date, end date, maxItems=1000.

Can you test the service by adding such parameters?

I did test and it still returned only data from April 2, 2020. Seems data before that was lost. Do you know where alerts are stored? I want to go to search them directly from database to check it out.

Seems the alert history is stored in steam table of thingworx database. I queried the data and found my expected data is not there. It's weird.

Maybe a purge of stream was done?

"MidnightPurgeWeekOldHistoryScheduler" was just disabled. Let's see the result.
