Remote thing not connected but Industrial thing is connected

My industrial thing is connected from Kepware to  thingworx  but while inheriting remote thing from industrial thing is not connected  i.e in industrial thing if i select discover in that selecting channel >>device>>tags and then manage binding and creating a remote thing it is not connected in thingworx.

I have checked there is no problem with Application Key too.

What can be the issue for remote thing not connected when industrial thing is connected

Not sure what version you are running, but it would require adding the Industrial ThingShape to your RemoteThing (or its template)

and then fill in the Kepware property with your Industrial Connection.
