Scrollable mashup

Hello, is there a way to make a mashup scrollable? Just like any other web page, when there is no more room for content, a scroll bar would appear and you would be able to scroll down to see more. 

How do I do that, if that's even possible? Thank you.

Static mashups can do that

in 8.5 and up I believe if you use min width/height you can get that behavior as well I think.
