Scrolls while zoom in and zoom out

I am working on static layouts, i have added grids in mashup. When I go click on view mashup the screen with default 90% zoom is launched, if I zoom in to the screen bringing it to 67% I see a scroll which stays even when you bring the zoom back to 90% (previously not available). For reference please check the images.

Could you please provide your thingworx version, tomcat version and java versions? Also what is your database used? Browser?

This information will help me recreate the environment and confirm whether the issue is a defect.

TW Version 7.4

tomcat  version - unknown since the cloud  environment was provide by PTC but should be latest

Java Version -  unknown since the cloud  environment was provide by PTC but should be latest

Database (Persistence Provider) - Postgre SQL

Browser - Google Chrome 58.0.3029.110
