Session id and end point id with kepware connection

Hi,

We have deployed thingworx in client server  and 3 mashups which load dynamically every 15 seconds autorefresh interval  in a single mashup. In the mashup, we have services that are connected with SQL and not with Kepware. Suddenly, the screens freezed and shows blank and doesnt load.

In logs, We are seeing this issue. Is this issue related to the below mentioned log? We are often getting this log.

2020-02-13 06:32:24.796-0500 [L: WARN] [O: c.t.c.s.c.j.Jsr356ServerConnection] [I: ] [U: ] [S: ] [T: http-nio-8061-exec-109] Server WebSocket closed unexpectedly, unregistering from Server Endpoint [ws session id: b9d1, endpoint id: 47567, endpoint name: Navistar_TrackingScreen_KepwareConfig] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

2020-02-13 06:32:24.656-0500 [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.c.p.m.DispatchingServerCommunicationModule] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [T: http-nio-8061-exec-3] Bind request failed: [message: BindRequestMessage [requestId: 44546, method: BINDREQUEST, names: [Navistar_TrackingScreen_KepwareConfig]], error:Binding failed, see server log for more information]

Thanks in advance,

svisveswaraiya.

Hi,

Are you sure you are not using Kepware?

This thing is failing: Navistar_TrackingScreen_KepwareConfig, so please check this thing if it is connected.

Also, maybe there is a performance issue on your instance. What persistence provider/database are you using? What kind of SQL are used? Do you have services like QueryImplementingThingswithData in your mashup/s?

Thanks,

Raluca Edu
