Share Thing in parent tennant

Lets asume I have a device managed by ThingWorx which I sell to a customer. In case of a support session the customer wants to give access to a device to the support team of my company. Can I model this case with thingworx?

I would probably handle something like that with Permissions/Visibility

Yes, as Pai mentioned you will have to setup a support organization in ThingWorx to allow the support team visibility.  Then you will have to come up with the process to change the assets visibility, either customer initiated or support team initiated.
