ThingWorx : Compared with 8.5 and 9.3 - UI is slowness in 9.3 version.

After the new upgrade to the ThingWorx 9.3  from the 8.5 version. We exported the project from 8.5 and imported it to the 9.3 version. The problem that we are facing is mashup UI screens are loading slow compared to TWX 8.5

and fonts are getting toggling in different styles when I try to navigate from one screen to other.

Chrome browser performance snapshot of 8.5 version.

9.3 snapshot:

Please find the below screenshot.  (Fonts toggled to bold when user navigate from one page to other page)

It looks font issue causing because of the slowness.  Question is, How to resolve the slowness and font load issue?

Hi @MM_10109894.

Did you check the system requirements for 9.3?  What is your configuration (db, o/s, etc.)?  Since you're jumping from 8.5 to 9.3, did you have any custom extensions that require update?  Did you look at replacing any of your legacy widgets with the new ones?

Regards.

Hi Sharon,

Yes, It looks my infra team has done the whole setup based on the system requirement. Could you please share the system requirement for 9.3, if you have it?

I will check with my team...

Thanks!
