What is happening when you try to fetch the license? What method are you using: Connected or Disconnected?

Disconnected Installation
ThingworxStorage folder is getting created but license file is not getting generated inside ThingworxPlatform folder

Do you have a support account? I tried to find one under the email address you used for your community membership profile. Without a valid support account you won't be able to generate a license.
If you do have a support account, please private message me with the details and I will open a case on your behalf so we can work through the issues.
