Thingworx Analysitcs Builder52.1 dataconnection problem

After build Analytics 52.1 Vmware successfully,then finish Thingworx Analytics Extension and Upload Thing ,appear this problem ，does anyone have problem with this ?

Hi Joe,

To Solve this issue, you need to configure the user management subsystem variables.  Here is a link to the page in the user guide that details how to do this.

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply,But I have already seen this guide. I am  step by step install and configuate the Extension follow this guide.Every step is smooth.so I don't understand why appear this problem in the end.The problem appear when I choose DATA,DATA in the Builder left navigation panel.
