the packer is only needed when installing ThingWorx Analytics Server 7.4 or earlier.

Do you have a requriement to install this version ?

Is it not possible for you to use the latest release 8.0 .

Release 8.0 uses a different installation process that does not need packer, see Video Link : 1902

Hi Christophe, the client is not using ThingWorx 8.x, so she decides to use TWA 7.4 server to avoid version problem. I've send her the .exe file already.,
