Link : https://www.freewave.com/products/zumlink-iq-edge-intelligent-radio/
I try to using Thingworx Edge microservice on this.
I follow the "Connect Raspberry Pi to ThingWorx" link : https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/thingworx-raspberry-pi-quickstart/launch-ems
But, It can't run
sudo ./wsems
It report link the picture.
I think , The "Freewave" missing some package or lib.
Please tell me, What the package do it need ?
Thank you.
Hi @ssriuaipornchai.
From the screenshot you provided, you haven't granted execute permissions. Change that and see if you get any further.
What version of the EMS are you running?
Regards.

sudo chmod 775 wsmes // This command is excute permissions.
The version is in the link : https://tpg-twxdevzone.s3.amazonaws.com/files/media/RaspberryPi-EMS/imagesFiles84/MED-61060-CD-054_SP5_Microserver-Linux-arm-hwfpu-openssl-5-4-5-512.zip
Hello.
Can you fix it ?
Hi @ssriuaipornchai.
As a permissions issue, this isn't something we can address for you. You'll need to have something with access to the operating system to make the change for you.
Regards.

I do "chmod 775" already.
And "sudo".
How are you access to me?
by webex, skype, anydesk???
Hi @ssriuaipornchai.
We'll need to open a case for this in order to schedule a WebEx. Please let me know if you would like me to open one on your behalf.
Regards.
