@ljam I just noticed your attached Application logs contains below error

2019-09-19 08:45:22.016+0200 [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.s.s.l.PaidLicenseManager] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [T: localhost-startStop-1] Current license is past expiration date. Shutting down the platform!

From the error, it appears that the license for your ThingWorx has expired.

Please refer this article to install the new license.

Thanks,

Vibhuti

Hi @vangne ,

I solved it. The problem was the name of successful_license_capability_response.bin . I rename this file with license_capability_response.bin and now it works but I have thingworx.war of Thingworx 8.3 but the interface is like 8.1. How can I update to the new interface?

Thank you,
