Hello everyone :
I have set up a cluster environment base on as below
When the thingworx server connected to the pgpool, there is an error show as below
and after that, the server goes down
But if I let the thingworx server connect to the PostgreSQL directly, the error is gone and everything is ok
Can anybody help me to figure this out
ps:
1. This error doesn't happen every time, there is a chance for this error to take place
2. There is a error log message before this error message: Platform being shutdown because system ownership has been lost
