I would log this as a case on support.ptc.com
x86 seems to indicate a 32 bit program, I do not know if it is set up to work within a 64 bit environment.
Thanks. This thing has not been touched in a couple of years and now they are trying to resurrect it it. I originally set this up with Riaan's help and got it working on an xp machine. Unfortunately, everything is fairly old now (server is thingworx version 4).

Hi Ken, that's quite old, I don't think we support a version that far back. Only way to really find out though is to ask.
If you are getting the Access Denied, it may be that your account information doesn't have the proper enablement on it anymore.
Please contact the sales person you work with to have that checked, or I think you have Bill Nyman's email right?
