Hi all,
after our license expired we keep having issues in starting up Thingworx Foundation, after adding a new license. On every start attempt, we keep on getting the following error messages:

A new license was placed in the respective folder, and named "license_capability_response.bin". C:\Program Files (x86)\ThingWorxFoundation-8.5.3\ThingworxPlatform
System is running Tomcat 9.0.29. Path Variable to the Tomcat extensions folder has been set. C:\Program Files (x86)\ThingWorxFoundation-8.5.3\tomcat\apache-tomcat-9.0.29\webapps\Thingworx\WEB-INF\extensions\
We tried restarting Foundation via Task Manager, it runs for about 15 seconds and goes back to Stopped. It has been tried to shutdown and startup tomcat manually via the respective .bat files.
We are Running Windows Server 2012 R2.
