ToolTip Mashup dimensions

Is there a limitation to the visible tool tip mashup height/width?

I have my tooltip mashup set to the following dimensions but I can only see a width of about 500px at a time.

width: 1300

height: 350

I don't want the user to get the scroll bar to scroll in the tool tip mashup.

Hi @Willie.

The Google Maps Routing extension was written by a third party and is therefore not supported by PTC.  You could use it as a starting point for creating your own extension to provide the functionality you need.

Hi @Willie.

Can you confirm that you are using the Google Maps widget.  If so, which version?  Which version of ThingWorx are you running?

We will most likely need to reach out to R&D on this one to determine the max width.

Regards.

Hi @slangley,

Yes, it is the google maps widget.

Please see below regarding the version info:

GoogleMapsRoute_Extension This extension provides routing with waypoints as well as an address Geocoder. 1.0.3   UbiQuai Inc. 7.0.4

The scroll bar is hi-lighted in yellow in the tooltip mashup.
