Could you upload some sample entities that reproduce your issue ?
I did a quick test but that worked fine on my side.
Thanks
Christophe
It is working when we bind directly any service output by dragging into navigation function parameter.
But it is not allowing to bind when binding via using 'configure bindings'.
Hi @ranjank
I think it would help if you can provide a mashup and relevant entities and describe the step you take that do not work.
I have made a test in ThingWorx 9.0 and use the Configure Bindings of the Navigation Function and I have had no issue to perform the binding.
I guess there is something special with what you are doing hence it will be good to have an example.
Thanks
Christophe
It is not possible for me to share entities.
I am using responsive legacy layout.
Hi @ranjank
Thank you, the added input about legacy layout was key.
I was indeed able to reproduce this behaviour in this situation.
As you already identified the drag and drop does work though.
I have reported this to R&D but being an issue with legacy widget I am not sure if a fix is possible.
You can though find details and reference at https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS327316
Thank you
