Hello Gurus,
I would like to perform a migration from 6.5 (neo4j) to 8.1 (PostgreSQL). I found these 2 approaches (https://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/173584/en/Upgrading_to_ThingWorx_8.1_1.3.pdf) and (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS270944&source=Article%20viewer#_ga=2.204155344.156585375.1516612411-260842137.1507622544). In the second one there is a suggestion to do a step by step migration, first to upgrade to 7 and then to 8.
Could you please tell me if it is mandatory to do so? Any other suggestions?
