Is this for a system hosted by PTC? If so, let me know the name/URL of the system.
If it's not, and you have a network administrator, they should be able to provide you with this information. If not, you could try one of the publicly available services that can tell you your externally visible IP address, e.g. whatismyipaddress.com. You'd access that service from the ThingWorx system.
