Where can find Thingworx Extension Package Development Guide (Documentation) for new versions 8.5+?

Hi Community,

We were working on Custom UI development and trying to create custom extension for Thingworx Mashup as widgets.

I have checked many old Article on community for Extension development using Angular-Thingworx. But not found any detailed Extension Developer Guide for new versions of Thingworx. 

Found this but associated link on attached document not working and its was for old version.

Please suggest latest developer guide for Extensions development.

For ThingWorx Extension Development 8.5 guide documation, there are below description:

ThingWorx Extension Development
Guide
Release 8.5

Starting with the 8.5 release, the information previously provided in the ThingWorx
Extension Development Guide is now available under Best Practices for Developing
Applications in the ThingWorx Help Center.
To access the Help Center from within ThingWorx, click Help in the top right corner, and
select Help Center.
Older versions of the ThingWorx Extension Development Guide continue to be available
from the Reference Documents page, under the ThingWorx Platform product category
