Why the Progress Gauge is not showing in my mashup?

Hi,

I have downloaded the Progress Gauge extension from the Marketplace and installed it. Apparently the widget can be dragged to the mashup and be configured, but when I execute the mashup nothing appears.

I am using Thingworx 7.0.

Any hint?

Have you refreshed your thingworx composer after importing the extension.

It would have worked after refreshing the composer

Yes I did as the import process suggested. After a couple of hours working with Thingworx and a couple of composer refreshing I had already configured the old fashion Gauge when the progress gauge appeared. Strange.

Clearing the browser cache can sometimes help in these situations.

Javier, as Meghan suggested clearing the browser cache would help. Another quick way to test is to open your Mashup in a private/ incognito browser window.
