Jarmo, what sort of ThingWorx instance is this? Is it an academic instance or you have it installed locally? What sort of user are you logging in with and not seeing the import option?

If this is an academic instance Import/Export Menu isn't available. For that you may want to download the ThingWorx trial edition and install it locally.
