i don't know how to make time series chart

look, i binding QueryPeopertieHistory but lefr work, right chart don't work

how can fix it?

i tried follow Foundation Tutorial on my server

and i draw off thing shape 'light shape'  from  'HouseGate(implement Thingshape : light,meter,thermostat shape)

and make another Thing lightThing templete

and make Time Series Chart .

as you can see...one is work well, the other didn't work...

Could you have a look in ThingWorx application log to check if there is any error message when you call QueryPropertyHistory and loading the time series chart?

Dear Seonho Cha,

Youc could check your log file either from:

1. login to ThingWorx Composer -->Monitoring-->Application

2. Check log files on ThingWorx install server file system from <THINGWORXSTORAGE_ROOT>/logs/ApplicationLog(also take a look at ErrorLog if any message there), for example, for me it's under C:\ThingworxStorage\logs\

3.If possible please send me your test entities so I could try to reproduce your issue locally(lan@ptc.com)
