     How to set permissions for mashup,set some people can not see some parts ,but some people can see.

Please check the Application logs. You will find Permission error in logs for the users which cannot see some parts. Provide those missing permission to resolve the issue.

You would have to set up visibility from the Thing/Template/service level depending on which parts needs to be hidden from certain users.
