How do i drag pop up mashup over main mashup screen in runtime in thingworx 8.5.2?

If you want a pop up that can be moved in runtime, you need to have a Title on the pop up mashup, this will then show the title bar which can be grabbed and dragged.

Is there any option to minimize/maximize the popup by mouse click on borders?

I do not believe this behavior is present in our pop-up. But by setting it to 'not modal' you can move around the pop up and access the screen underneath.
