As stated in CS292854 does not support the Windchill Watermarks.
Since Navigate is used to view data from windchill it should also use the same watermark functions.
Especially server side watermarks are important so you can stamp e.g. drawing with a printing date or preliminary stamps for not released data.
It is not possible to explain customers using watermarks for years now, why they are not supported.
