Add description in the Composer UI of propertyNames infotable for GetNamedPropertyValues service.

The proposed description would be “Infotable of DataShape EntityList”, so that any developer could see what is the required input format.

It is important to document the system-provided services to allow the "rapid" in rapid development. If users don't know what the parameter format is and have to search for it in API documentation, or forums  or make an educated guess, it slows them down.

Also, if this was documented, this will allow for reuse of existing datashapes instead of on-the-fly created datashapes or infotables with eventually incompatible datatypes.

This should be the standard for all parameters of system-provided services, but especially the ones with non-primitive data types.
