Allow overrides for default property values of a Thing Templates

Allow the default values for properties inherited by a thing template from another thing template to be overridden at the template level.

e.g.

Template 'A' specifies property 'a1'.

Template 'B' uses template 'A'

Default value for 'a1' is set in template 'B'

This desired functionality came up for me this year.  I would provide additional ease and flexibility to laying out and working with the ThingModel for examples like:

• Min./Max. thresholds
• Setpoints
• Asset location and type
• ...

Being able to override property defaults would mean that these properties could more easily be re-set and cascaded down to child entities.

Beyond this particular topic, I think that there should be capability to cascade specific changes through the ThingModel - or have it just at the local context.
